"The staff was so accommodating and helpful including the concierge, Mari. The room was clean and pretty with delicious bed, pillows and comforter. The shower was great and the towels were super fluffy. We enjoyed the beautiful gym and ate at both restaurants which were excellent. Hotel is located walking distance to lots but kind of a busy commercial location. But we loved the Kimpton. "

Most of all staffs were helpful in sending some of our luggages to the airport as we don't want to carry it with us to Kyoto and Osaka. "
