We chose this hotel because of its location to the Tokyo Marathon start line, which was about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is also located near some great basic restaurants, an incredible park, and numerous subway lines. We would stay here again.

The comfort double room was tight like most Tokyo hotels are but it was clean with good amenities. Front desk staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. They have luggage storage on site. Hotel was close to a subway station. Plenty of 7-11 and Family marts nearby. It is located in a quiet area away from the noise of Shinjuku.

The room had a view of just electrical lines and there was a lot of noise within the walls at night. The smell from the bathroom was horrid but after you shower, it goes away for a bit and then it returns after 5 minutes. Atleast they provide free 24/7 coffee in the lobby, toothbrush, toothpaste and etc. Good walking distance from the shopping districts and close to a bunch of convenience stores, pharmacies, food chains and basically everything you may need.

We were in residence double room. It is a lot bigger than the comfort double room. There is space to open your luggage. We also had a small kitchenette and a washer/dryer in the unit. These were very useful. The hotel is close to the metro station. It is also walking distance to Shinjuku. There are several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Neighborhood was quiet. Staff were very friendly. I strongly recommend this hotel.
