Very friendly staff, good size room , can’t beat the convenience being in the Haneda terminal. Breakfast buffet is very good. But I must say the automated check -in checkout machines while efficient are a bit impersonal, and not really addressing a real world problem. Tech for tech’s sake is a bit ...
