If our next hotel in Tokyo was cancellable, we would’ve stayed here longer even though it would’ve been a bit far from Tokyo. A front staff was very kind, professional and courteous. A room was in excellent condition and very clean. A location was very convenient (5 min walk from Yokohama station, and shops and restaurants were everywhere, including the bar on the 1F).
