My suite was spacious luxurious, and very comfortable. The bathroom has showers, jet tub (jacuzzi) and doubles as a steamroom. The steamroom (sauna) was a blast! CY Waters Hotel was like a retreat. I did not have any contact with other guests! Loved it!

I have been staying at this property for over 10 years when I come to Japan. It’s my favorite property because the property is conveniently located amongst great transportation and shopping.
I had a quite disturbing experience when I was lining up at the front desk to ask about their takkyubin services. When it was my turn an older gentleman with salt and pepper hair color asked me in a disrespectful voice “check in?” I was taken aback by this. Since I am able to speak in Japanese fluently, I...

10-15 min walk to Shinjuku. Multiple train entrances. Convenience stores every where. Friendly staff. The complaints about the dryers not being the best are technically accurate, but it’s cheap so it’s not a big deal at all. Staff was helpful even though I know basically zero Japanese. Held our bags after check-in since we had some time before our flight. 100% would stay again. Fair price and great location.

Very lovely, well-maintained and comfortable accommodation close to the cablecar station that takes you up the mountain. Has a nice restaurant and hiking equipment facilities on the ground floor.

It was my first time in Tokyo and I wanted to stay close to Shibuya but not too close. Upon exiting Shibuya station, the hotel is a quick walk up a bridge and back down across the street. It was super convenient and I felt safe staying in the area. It was walking distance to a Family Mart, shops, train station, and Shibuya area itself. The standard room is small but good enough as I was there on my own. The staff were all very very nice. I had the pleasure of speaking to Yuyi the most and she...

Unplan is genuinely one of the best places to stay if you want to meet and go out with other solo travelers! Bar in the basement is an easy way to meet people and then go out

My son had a layover in HND and wanted a close and inexpensive place to stay. He chose this for it's accessibility to public transportation and they also offered free transportation. When he arrived they upgraded his room to a single at NO charge. He said he would most definitely stay there again.
