"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. "We stayed one night at the Grand Hotel before our flight out. Our room was beautiful with a lovely deck. We were in the newer building behind the big building, with views of the pool. The concierge was very helpful in arranging taxis for us, both for a ride to a night market and also to the airport the next morning. We had a great deal of luggage, and the stewards were incredibly kind to transport it to and from our rooms. A wonderful stay and definitely worth it to be at such a beautiful hotel. "
