  • Q Square mall-- not exactly a tourist destination (there are many malls in Taipei) but it's a nice mall located close to Taipei Main station (Metro/MRT) if you're looking to escape the heat. Huge food courts here too with lots of options (and obviously shopping). This mall also has a movie theatre, which shows mostly American movies (but cheaper). It's also about a 10-15 walk to the historic Dihua street, one of the oldest areas of the city which was once the main market area (still lots of interesting shops there that cater to the local...good photo opps too with some older buildings)

The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and many of Taipei’s attractions. The staff were courteous and the food was okay in the restaurant. Breakfast had a good variety of dishes that would please people from many different cultures. If you wanted to shop, the Q mall is right next door with easy access to the train and metro systems.

The location is unbeatable, you are in the center of Taipei and high speed rail could take you down south for a day trip or take the metro to the mountains. The room is pretty nice, I tested out the “room ai assistant ” you can ask it to play music or turn lights on and off, ask it about what follow the gym is on etc. overall, very clean very friendly staff the gym is okay, will def recommend

This has always been my choice hotel whenever I’m in Taipei. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are nice to accommodate my request for one big bed instead of twin beds. They even went the extra mile to unlock my luggage when I accidentally changed the passcode. Buffet breakfast was great and they actually allowed guests to eat from 6.30am to noon, unlimited entries. Excellent location in city area. Plenty of food n shopping around.

Hotel is connected to a huge shopping mall. The staff and their service was excellent and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. It is right next to Taipei Main Station so it's easy to get around once you your bearings in the huge station complex.

This is one of 5 stars Taipei hotel, breakfast with a lot of choice and food is excellent, but I would like to point out if you are over 70 years old traveller, be careful for using bath tub for shower, there is no shower room.

Overall a good choice to stay in Taipei. Location is excellent though the lounge service was not that worthwhile. There was white grease on the handle of the make-up mirror. The staff provided efficient service. Because of the location, I will be using this hotel again.
