Building is well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful. I booked this specifically for the pool but we didn't get a chance to use it. Be advised that swim caps are required - I wish it was listed so I could prepare them for trip.

The Ac in the room was making noise they sent technician come to fix in 2 minutes after I called. Self check-in wasn’t working due to a system issue, so I had to rely on staff to get checked in. They gave me two free Starbucks vouchers as an apology, though the one member of staff there was strikingly cold. The pool was as good as ever. The gym, however, only had cardio machines — a few weights would’ve been nice. The room was clean and comfortable. I remember they used to provide complimentary bottled water, but that seems to have gone. There was still a sign near the lifts saying water was available, though none to be found. It was also very busy with tour groups this time — at certain hours the lifts were unusable, so I had to take the stairs.

Always a great stay. This time was the best. We opted for self check in. A manager came over to help my friend check in. The kiosk prints cards and the receipt. VIP for Expedia guests. We got a 2 hour late checkout. This is my 5+ stay. Starbucks coffee shop inside the hotel. Recommended!
