"夜に着いたが、ホテルのサインが無かったか見えなかった為、なかなか見つからなかった。朝食メニューは、少し少ないと感じた。また席取りする際に従業員が席指定するが、こちらの希望を受け入れる雰囲気がなく不快感も覚えた。部屋が期待よりも狭かった。また照明が良くない。特に女性の化粧する為、男性の髭剃り用の照明は全く使い物にならない。バスタブとシャワーが一体になっているのも良くない。特に良かったのは、玄関のスタッフが大変親切だったこと。全体的に五つ星の割には期待はずれの感がした。"
