"The kitchen had everything needed to make and prepare meals to help cut costs. The bed was very comfortable and the airconditioner just loved pumping out cold air. The host/maid Judy was amazing and super friendly made me feel welcome and like it was a small apartment building. One thing if you are a light sleeper the noise may be a problem, you are on 5th ave and Senior Frogs is not even a block away and they play and talk very loud until 2-3 in the morning. "Food was excellent. Great variety. Entertainment was great and staff was very kind and helpful. We went to the gym every morning and it was just what we needed for a quick but effective away from home workout. We will be retuning to the Hyatt! "

"This resort was amazing! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We ended up missing the shuttle to one of their sister properties and they called a taxi for us. The roof is beautiful and the public beach is right around the corner if you want to go there. Their sister properties have private beach access which is nice, I believe it is $15 USD for a day pass. The only thing I would say is they don’t have too many food options, but the location is right downtown so you can go off property for cheap but delicious eats. Would stay here again!"

"Our stay included 2 rooftop pools and they shut down access to one of them during our stay for a private event for all the days we were there. One day is bad luck, but our entire stay? This hotel was so expensive because of the included amenities. Plus they have an entire section dedicated to ‘exclusive access’ and on top of that they shut down another pool? And everytime we asked for helped we were always redirected to another staff member. An example of this: we brought cash to tip the staff, we went to concierge to ask, they directed us to reception. Reception directed us to the boutique shop. The shop directed us back to concierge. No one wants to actually help. They just want you to go away and not be a bother, but they still want us to tip, and participate in the time share lunches and sell you stuff when you already paid to be at this expensive hotel. The food there also messed up our stomachs pretty bad. We went with a group and it effected everyone. The hotel is very nice. But the staff and the food quality are disappointing at best. "

"Our room was moldy and the roof started leaking and flooding our room. They moved us to a new room that wasn’t moldy and smelt fine very fast and were nice. Seems like luck of the draw for rooms but if they are fully booked you may not be able to move rooms right away. Everything else was great. Food could use a little more love but still edible"
