Its in a great location only 5-10 mins from downtown/waterfront and in a quiet neighborhood. Brandon had great communication and even offered for us to check in early. 「Cannot recommend this host and home highly enough. Host was responsible, welcoming, and went above and beyond. Home was utterly charming, comfortable, and perfectly located near downtown Wilmington. We would come back in a heartbeat. 」

「Responsive communications with the hosts and the property was well represented in the photos. Beautiful shared backyard space with several spots to relax in front. The hosts provided lots of great info prior to arrival on local restaurants and grocery stores. The location was excellent and only a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Lifeguards are posted at the beach during the summer season. The street was peaceful and quiet at all times. I would love to stay in the upstairs unit next...

Location: Super close to the beach and everything we needed, with just the right amount of privacy.Check in/out and communication: Our hosts made everything easy and were very responsive. Could not ask for nicer folks.The space: Clean and cozy and exactly what we needed. The beds (and there were plenty for all of us) were soooo comfy and we all slept great. 」

「We were there for three nights only, but enjoyed ourselves immensely. We had a dog with us and while needing to keep her leashed, this was also a great experience. We could cook in the house, but the nearby restaurants were wonderful.」

「We came down for a weekend trip and had a beautiful weekend. We had everything we needed. Perfect location to town so you don't have to worry about parking fees. Great owner whom we met while here. Could not ask for better accommodations! We will be frequent visitors here!」

「The property was clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The front porch leading to a fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Fishing pier and beach were a block and a half away, and there's a dog park 4 blocks away as well. Very convenient location for dining out. although the kitchen desired.」
