We stayed for one night. Location is convenient and close to swimming pools, free parking. Serve tea and coffee all day.
Almost no noise insulation, you can hear people outside and in the next room, snoring))) But we were so tired so it didn’t bother us.
Pretty clean room and good organic amenities.

It is in a perfect spot fot the hot springs and the dinner across the street was good. Nice place. If i had to complain, the extra foldout bed was very uncomfortable.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The man who cooked the breakfast was extremely polite and helped with information and history about the area. Breakfast there was really good. The water, milk, juice options, hot cookies, and coffee throughout the day/night time was a blessing! We enjoyed the hot springs hot tub daily! We enjoyed being right in the park so close to the boardwalk, swimming options and historical sites.

The front desk was awesome, the first room was mot clean plates of food left under the bed and was full of ants. Ants were everywhere. She moved us to another room and everything was great. The breakfast was top notch.the staff were great.

We showed up to the property completely exhausted. My wife checked us in and let our kids nap not knowing exactly what I had booked. I was at a wrestling tournament with our oldest. She then notified me that the room was a basic room with two double beds. We had reserved a king suite so that everyone would be accommodated. I notified the front desk of my issue to which they blamed Expedia. Front desk was adamant that Expedia was at fault and there was nothing they could do. I reached out to Expedia via virtual chat. The first person I talked to in The chat treated me like I was an idiot and blamed the entire fiasco on the hotel. The first virtual chat person left the chat mid solution after making me insanely frustrated and without a solution. I had to begin a brand new chat with Expedia and was again told that the hotel was to blame and that I was somehow at fault but in no way was Expedia at fault. The only solution Expedia could offer for my $170 dollar room was a $50 Expedia cash voucher to be used through Expedia only. The best western plaza then charged me for the pre paid room when we checked out for $219 after we had pre paid through Expedia. Overall the experience was terrible. We go to that hotel annually but I feel like we have visited for the last time. Expedia has lost my business as well. Customer service is no longer a thing. It’s a lost art. What a whiny review over a simple thing that could’ve been completely resolved with refund rather than blame.
