It's not so nice as it can be, but probably it's because house in the "cauldron" with hills; More for people who just want to rest in quiet place and feelings calm. "Hotel is in great location but the car park is a public car park. So in busy times you could end up with no space although it’s a large car park. And it’s rough, loose stones and not flat. The staff are lovely, very helpful. We had a lovely sea view room, comfortable bed, nice bedding, not huge and the en suite is quite snug, but lovely and clean and modern. Nice to have cooked to order breakfast, overall a good place to stay."

"Family of three adults stayed for a week. What can we say?! Firstly, the propertywas spotless with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, and more. Parking right outside the stable which was very convenient. Secondly, Paul was amazing, very knowledgable about the area and he was so welcoming which made our stay even more pleasurable. Brady was the icing on the cake, greeting us every morning and when we arrived back in the evening, he is adorable, and we must admit he stole our hearts such a beautiful dog! Many firsts for us including red squirrels on Brownsea and white tailed sea eagles at Arne (Poole harbour). An amazing week and would 100% recommend!! Thank you x"
