"Hardly seen any staff apart from check in/out as room was outwith main reception building. Stay was hassle free, rooms were basic but very clean and ideal location just off the main square. Would stay again and recommend to others!"

"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We were allowed to check in immediately after early morning flight. 3 minute walk to Main Square and right beside castle. Very convenient location, within walking distance to a lot of major attractions. Street hotel is on is pedestrianised after 10am, so no traffic noise in evening. Room beautiful and very comfortable with a lot of amenities, including wireless charging. Stand-out feature though has to be the staff. Every single one of them displayed exceptional service. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Great central location, just a stones throw from main square. Very helpful and efficient staff. Rooms very modern and well maintained. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were a little dark but comfortable and well thought out. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Hot dishes at breakfast were freshly made and quality of produce very good. Would definitely stay again."

"Hotel, location, staff all excellent staff. We didn't particularly enjoy the breakfast, but that was just personal preference and nothing to do with the selection on offer. Special shout to Vladis-Lav, who was on reception in the evening, so very helpful. Also I would recomend the pick up/drop off car service to the the airport"
