"Fantastic attentive service. They recognised my wives 40th birthday with a complementary bottle of prosecco which was a welcome touch. The hotel bar is excellent and we had many a great cocktail from the bar staff. My only complaint. Less chlorine in the pool! Otherwise an exceptional hotel."

"Room was clean, comfortable and beautiful, staff was super attentive and breakfast was also very good. Hotel has a perfect location, very close to old town (for us like a slow pace 15 minutes straight walk from the hotel). The advantage of being located outside of the main touristic area is the quietness, you don't feel noise at night. I didn't feel unsafe walking to and from the hotel to the diff places. I recommend it for sure and will stay there next time I am in Krakow. "
