"Pool was being remodeled during busiest season (??) and gym was old tucked away on a different floor. Couldn’t find a running water fountain or an ice machine that worked in 3 days. Valet dudes were great but besides the view and access to beach not much else to recommend."

"First off, each unit is individually owned so we can only speak our unit during March 2026. The shared facilities have a good pool, pickleball/tennis courts, and its own path to the beach, which is nice since you aren't bunched up at the beach after taking the public path with everyone else. The unit itself had potential but was dingy. Desperately needed paint. Cords to the ceiling fans hung. Shower head was really moldy (like, chunks of mold - had to spray bleach it). Furniture was tired but serviceable. Fridge had rust on the outside but worked fine. Nothing that couldn't be fixed with some inexpensive TLC - not sure why the owner didn't do so between Christmas and Spring Break. The price was really good for that time slot. Could see staying at the facility again. Hope this unit owner makes some basic improvements."

"Great location near beach. Walkable to lots of restaurants. The condo was comfortable with plenty of room. My only suggestion is that the carpet probably needs to be replaced. Otherwise a great stay."

"Everything was lovely. The condo is comfortable and beautiful. Very clean. Not being able to use the patio was a bummer. Lacking a view, but the location was perfect and we had lovely time. Washer/drier would have been helpful with only one set of towels for multiple days. We would visit again. Beautiful place. Mark was very responsive and attentive host. We had a smooth and positive experience. Thank you! "

Meticulously maintained, every detail was considered from the comfy beds with extra pillows and throws, to the well stocked kitchen. If you’re a morning person, the sun room on the east side calls you for morning coffee. But the real show stopper was the patio over-looking the water with furniture tailor made for a day with a good book and the most amazing and private view you could hope for. An absolute retreat for the soul."
