"The home’s location was ideal for us during our stay. It is located within walking or bike riding distance from the beach and restaurants. Felt very safe in the neighborhood even walking or bike riding at night. This was very important for us while traveling with our son. A great place for families with kids to stay."

"We had an amazing stay at this VRBO home! The house was beautiful, very clean, and fully stocked with all the essentials we needed. The backyard truly felt like a private tropical oasis—we spent so much time enjoying the pool and hot tub. The pool toys and floaties were such a fun bonus for everyone.The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach and nearby restaurants, and the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and relaxing. We especially appreciated the extra touches like the beach chairs, sand toys, and wagon, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable.Tom was excellent with communication throughout our stay, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. We all had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again!"

Coolers, beach supplies, bikes, helmets, and bike tire pump, ALSO, there's washer, dryer, hair dryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We will back amd hopefully stay longer!! "Could have used more cooking equipment & instructions for electric stove. Inside was clean & ready but outside needed good cleaning including the barbecue. Suggest an instruction book for all appliances & technology. Host was quick to respond with any help requests Great location & enjoyed our stay"

"We had a great stay at this property. The location is great. The amenities were exactly as described. We very much appreciated the beach gear which made going to the beach easy and did not require us buying anything additional in order to enjoy the beach. The owner communicated well and checked in various times throughout the trip. Would definitely consider staying again if we make our way back to Marco Island! "
