We rented this house for an Adult only ski trip. It was very close to Winter Park Resort. There was a shuttle stop close by too. The house was very large for our large group. The hot tub was very nice to have after a day of skiing.

We loved it. The place was clean and well built. We had everything we needed. The beddings were quality and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We had a great time. We will definitely return should the opportunity arise and will recommend to family and friends.

This was a great house. It had so much space and was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and just hang out there at the house, if we wanted too! Some of us went skiing and some of us just stayed at the house and enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful view :)

We had a large family vacation that included 4 family groups with kids ranging from 1-17. House was just what we expected and everyone had a great time. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed and we had plenty of space to eat, sleep and relax after long days of exploring.

We rented this property for a family getaway. 10 adults/10 children. This home was perfect for us. Plenty of room to sprawl out. Great kitchen for home meals! Loved the deck and hot tub to relax in after dinner. And the location was great to access downtown, hiking trails, restaurants, shopping and activities! Thank you so much for sharing your home!!!

Overall the home was great. A few suggestions would be there should be more kitchen towels, there were only 3 cup towels and no washing cloths, we had to buy some. Only 1 large skillet available. Normally in prior Vrbo rentals we have done, the homes provide some minor cooking needs like Foil, canola oil, spices, salt pepper but none were available.

We were very pleased with our stay at this home. It has all the items that a large family (we were 15) needs. It was clean, roomy, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was a big hit especially with our youngsters (ages 3 - 13). The Winter Park Housing Association is very responsive. The town of Winter Park is somewhat limited but more retail choices are not far beyond on Highway 40.

Nice large house with large living and dining room that 12 of us could easily sit around and hang out. Very close to a bus stop. Bus was not busy, could easily sit with small Kids. Great house!

The house was great - very clean, spacious, all the rooms were large and there was plenty of space to sprawl out. It was very close and convenient to Winter Park Resort (with a van Lift pickup across the street) and the downtown. Everything was excellent. The only thing I would say is if you had more than 14 people it would be tough (maybe 16 if you had individuals on the twin bunks). The pull out bed was unsleepable - it was all springs, the bed was tilted at an angle and given the choice between sleeping on that our the ground ... everyone agreed we would pick the ground. Luckily no one in our group had to sleep there and otherwise, it was a perfect experience.

Great house! Comfortable and clean! Close to town! We stayed with 4 families with kids, plenty of space for all of us! Would definitely stay here again. Very impressed with lodging company, called many times to check in to see how our stay was.

Perfect place for kid and adults that need space! The only suggestion I would have is I think it would be good to have one ADA bathroom. Bars and toilet on the main floor.

Great home for a large group. Worked very well for our family reunion. We had a large group of all different ages and this home was perfect for our needs. The extra bonus of having a common area bunk room downstairs was especially nice. This property is managed by Winter Park Lodging Company, and they were very responsive and helpful for any questions we had while at the property.
