"The floor in the bathroom was very cracked. I was afraid to walk on it on my bare feet because of how cracked the tile was. Then on the last day I was there there was a significant leak in the ceiling from somebody who's bathroom above me head overflowed. I did however appreciate the large refrigerator and microwave provided. I felt like the internet worked well for what I needed and everything else about the room was fine. The bathroom was just a bit sketchy."

"The house did not meet the standards I have come to expect from VRBO. Upon entering the home, the front door (doorframe) became dislodged and was unable to be properly locked. We had to push furniture in front of the door that evening to ensure our safety. The door had been "repaired" before but obviously was not repaired but patched. We also opened a few cabinets in the kitchen and the drawers fell off the tracks. We also experienced a leaking refrigerator later that evening and had to place several towels on the floor. I reached out to the VRBO contact, though apologetic, sent a repairman out the following day and patched the doorframe (same screws and same holes)... thus WILL happen again. Lastly, I reached out again to the VRBO contact BEFORE publishing this review to see if we could be reimbursed for the first night (not the whole stay). This was 2 weeks ago and have not heard back... I would not book this property. I remain disappointed and expect more from VRBO."
