The hotel was nice and clean and smelled great. The room was very nice and the bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and have slept on not so soft mattresses. I would return to this hotel if I am every in Dallas again.

Just opened, and so everything is new. It really was a great stay, remind me a lot of the Hyatt Place in Rockwall, so much so that I am suspecting they are built by the same owner. The room was very comfortable and well lighted, and the breakfast, fairly enjoyable. This hotel experience, I have to say, probably is the best one that I have had, for this price range.

The staff and housekeeping were prompt to any of our requests. The room was clean and bright. The bathroom was modern and well maintained. The breakfast was very good and had quite a few selections. The lady looking over the breakfast area kept everything clean and was very helpful. The property felt very safe. The only con I have is that I would ask for a room on the side that does not face the freeway. The road noise was noticeable. I would stay here again.

Everything was good. Only thing I could distract points from is that they were having a hard time keeping the breakfast bar stocked with food and a really strong, artificial deodorant smell in the main lobby and in the main hallways – however the smell was not present in the room. Other than that, the rooms were clean and new appearing.

This is a brand new hotel, located right off the main highway. Everything brand new and pristine. Great room with excellent beds and linens. The front desk was pleasant and very helpful. Nice breakfast included. Free parking. Sparkling pool. Security patrols at night though the area seemed quiet. Places to eat nearby. No complaints.

Everything was impeccably clean, including the pool. I only knocked a star because I was given the wrong breakfast times by the person who checked me in, and they ended breakfast 30 minutes earlier than was stated on the sign near the buffet. Plus, there were no later checkout options.

One night stay for early in the morning hospital appointments traveling to Dallas . Close to BUMC 4.7 miles away. Close to restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. The property looks brand new. The front desk staff very friendly . Basic breakfast with eggs, sausage and cereals , waffles and pastries . Outside pool was open surprised by being almost in the end of October but the temps were in the high 80s. Coffee and tea in the room
