「I felt a fairy would pop out of the woods. The place is as quiet and quaint as you could ask. Overwhelmingly warm and full of charm. The place has peace and a personality that is all its own. We had many adventures in the area, but we always looked forward to settling down in the hot tub, relaxing by the stove, and having a peaceful night's sleep. This is a one-in-a-million location. We will always have the fondest of memories of 66.」

「We loved the home in the woods. Although it rained all three days of our early March visit, the home was clean, spacious and cozily warm. We enjoyed the gas fire place and had fun playing games on the big dining room table. The house was a short drive to town where we found excellent restaurants and interesting shops for browsing. We'd like to return in the summer to lounge on the decks and walk in the woods.」

「This is our second time at this property. Very relaxing, wonderful location and very safe for pets. We'll be back again.」

「Lovely home in a quiet place. The house was very cold when we arrived (54 F) and it took a while to heat up. Once the bedroom doors are closed, the rooms stop being heated up by the living room heater. The duvets were very warm so that helped for the nights. And once the house gets warmer, it's spacious, cozy and well equipped. Location is great as well, close to Mendocino. We overall had a comfortable stay and would recommend!」

「This is our third stay at the cabin and we enjoyed our visit. Our 2 small dogs can wander the property off leash and it is generally very quiet. However, the pellet stove can get a bit loud when it is on high fire. The internet connection was very fast and reliable - which has not been the case on some of our stays at other remote locations.」

「Beautiful Sea Ranch location in the redwoods with an ocean view. Cozy living room with lots of windows. WiFi is very fast and TV had plenty of streaming apps. Kitchen fully loaded. Bedroom is upstairs loft so be prepared to climb. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「My family enjoyed the property as it was big enough for everyone and pet friendly. We stayed during the rainy months and enjoyed playing games and cuddling up near the fire place. I strongly caution the very steep driveway. If you have a four wheel drive, that is preferred especially if it is wet out. Otherwise good accommodations.」

「Everything was as described and it was a great place in a great location. As the listing warns, the place can get chilly. Definitely plan to bring space heaters and/or firewood.」

「That cabin was awesome! It was quiet and relaxed. The cabin had everything we needed and more, including WiFi! The outdoor show was nice and a great way to wake up in the morning. Would definitely stay here again. We loved everything about this cabin」

「Overall a great stay. Small kitchen, but that wasn't a concern for us. We used and enjoyed the hot tub. For some parties it may be an issue that you have to talk through one bedroom to get to the other.」

「What a gem! We loved our stay at Mendo Bungalow. It’s charming, quiet, super clean & comfortable. The managers go the extra mile to make guests comfortable. Chairs on the lawn with a fantastic view, s’mores kits, water bottles in the room. Every thoughtful detail—so nice to settle in for the night in a place like this. Also very close to Mendocino—4 minute drive to restaurants, stores, coastal walks, etc. 」
