「Breakfast was great and Dixie is great!!!!!」

「Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved.」

「Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. 」

「Staff was soo friendly upon arriving! Loved the looks and back story of the building! Loved the location in a quiet, put back, and safe place off of the freeway! Breakfast was amazing! Loved the french vanilla creamer for coffee! The pool and hot tub area was so relaxing and clean! Our room was pretty clean but few areas I was a little uncomfortable in at first due to other people's hair on the floor and in corners of the bathroom and on tub side! Other than that, the bathroom was pretty much...

「Did not give us new towels , but they brought some up when we called. The staff was always cleaning and working on site though. Hot tub was closed off. The pool area needs some attention but they were working on it. Could really use more parking spots.」
