only one chair in the room for 2 people...HDMI cable was removed from tv box ..coffee makers were removed from rooms was there previous stays ..head of the bed is lower than foot ,,hard to sleep,,lot of road noise .. no clocks in the room and if you want breakfast better be there before 9am

The room we were assigned did not have a working air conditioning unit or refrigerator. The management was very good with getting us moved next door for our stay. They had maintenance working on that unit immediately. They have a very helpful and pleasant staff. Facility just needs updated as many facilities do. Would use facility again when staying in Wooster. Very close to shopping.

The whole place is very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool is always a hit with our kids. Close to anything you might need. We highly recommend staying here to eveyone.

The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Room was in perfect condition and they plowed through a historic amount of snow to ensure travel was unimpeded on my day of departure. Thank you all so much for your hospitality.

Very dissapointed as after we checked in we found out that the pool and spa were closed for maintenance and would not be available for two weeks. The pool was one of the major reason for picking this facility. We should have been notified in advance to allow us to choose a different facility or at least a dicount at check in.

I booked two king suites, I was given two king rooms. Not the same value, not the same thing. The desk clerk would do nothing to remedy the situation. The rooms were awful. They were not clean, the water was brown and unusable, the Wi-Fi was not free, the outlets near the bed didn't work, the breakfast was also terrible. Please do not waste your money. Find somewhere else! This hotel is not habitable. You can get something so much better for cheaper.

Check your sheets before you go to bed. Iurs had stains. When i pulled rhe sheets off the mattresse protector had rhe matching stains.

The room was poorly cleaned a bug popped out of the corner in the bathroom. They had to switch our room to a cleaner room. The whole reason we came here was to enjoy the pool and it was not open there were no notice of it being closed, so we checked out early and found another hotel and they did not give me any money back

Pool was not open, and room was not 100% clean. There was a used bar of soap in the shower, clump of hair behind the toilet, and the mirror in the room had something smeared all over it.

The whole reason for booking the holtel was so my kid could swim and their pool was down for reservations which wasnt clear on the web site when i was booking so i told them i wasnt staying there with them that they should have made clear on there website so i just decided to drive the extra hours and fine somewhere new When i talked ro th3 guys at the counter they just kept saying there was nothing they could do didnt even offer to find a hotel close by with an indoor pool n hot tub since theirs was out of order they just kept saying u might as well stay ur gonna be changed for the room either way so i left

The only redeeming thing about the visit was the receptionist who checked us in. Breakfast consisted of about 6 sausage links, hard powdered eggs, there was no juice. If you didn’t drink coffee or hot chocolate you were out of luck. My husband said the milk was curdled. He tried to eat the breakfast muffins but they were rock hard. We had to ask for extra pillows there were 3 for 2 of us. Two of the pillows were more like for a toddler bed. I brought my bathing suit in hopes of getting in the hot tub, only to be told the pool area was closed for the season! We were right beside the mechanical room so, there were times when the noise was annoying! We paid for a king sized bed it was more like a full. Probably won’t be going back there anytime soon.

If you like mold in your shower, 2 years worth of dust in your vents, and luke warm showers then look no further! I will start with the staff - everyone I encountered was very sweet and helpful. We had zero issues with them whatsoever. The cleanliness, or lack thereof, was quite disappointing though. The first thing I noticed was a ring of black mold around the shower drain. It was coming off in chunks when the tub was turned on. The hole where ventilation was supposed to be was just an empty space and the vent that was in the shower room had tons of built up dust. We had to run the water for around 7 minutes prior to getting in the shower or else it was only lukewarm. The sink faucet was awful and kind of spit out water awkwardly. Neither the sink nor shower had good water pressure. We came from the west coast, so we ended up sleeping later than the breakfast was served on most days. The one day I did make it for breakfast, it consisted of stale bagels, a waffle maker (but no batter?), and some awful coffee. This place, unfortunately, is not worth even half of what we had to pay. We were in town for a memorial though, and I didn't have the chance to say anything regarding the state of our room.

Our 1st room smelled like an ashtray. We went to the front desk to ask for another room. She informed us that they are nonsmoking. We said we understand but our room has an obvious smell of cigarettes. We saw somebody on the 2nd floor have their window open and smoking. Also the 2nd room the TV didn't work. We went to front desk again and she informed us that somebody would be there at 11 pm and they could go and look at it. I said I was hoping to be sleeping by then. Our bed made so much noise when you moved on it. We ended up leaving the next morning and we paid for 2 nights. I was not staying there another night.
