"Beautiful building, nice staff and clean comfortable room. "

"The city is flushing the water so it's a yellowish brown color, we were not told about this issue until we brought it to their attention. Then a staff member used her key card and walked into our room because she mistakes it for the ice room. This didn't make sense because the ice room says ice room on the door. Then the neighboring room had a dog who walked under the half wall on the patio and pooped right in front of my door. Housekeeping told me to clean it up and then asked if I had something to block the open space so the dog couldn't get back through. They ended up charging the owner a few but didn't do anything to comp us. Then they rang my room and they have some sort intercom in the room so they just started talking. This is a one way intercom they can reach out to you but not vice versa. And you have no way to ignore it. I would definitely not recommend."

"The room was clean and nice. Beds were very comfortable. The first day the elevator had something gross on the floor (vomit? Spilled food?) and smelled rotten. We told the front desk and he didn’t seem to care. The next morning it was cleaned up but instead it smelled really bad like weed (my kids even commented on the harsh smell). The desk staff was rude and seemingly uninterested in dealing with customers. They acted bored and like they didn’t want to be there. The breakfast staff, however, were really hustling and doing a great job. "

"Staff pleasant and congenial. We stay here when we visit family once a year. Convenient."

"We normally stay here as our “go to” and usually it is a great experience. This time though, the room was dirty, there was poop smeared on the bathroom door, hair and dirt in the shower, kitchen sink was dirty, and even cups and plates dirty at breakfast. "

"Great stay! Only drawback is they only replenish towels and make beds every three days."

"I made the reservation at 11:55pm while traveling. So of course I wouldn't make it to the property before 12am. Do to this they canceled my reservation and claimed there were no vacancies after asking what time of room I wanted to make another reservation for, which I was ok with. I just ask him to ensure I wouldn't be charged twice. "

"Nice room and breakfast, but the carpeting needs to be replaced in the hallways it is all coming up and quite honestly a fall risk, especially elderly people."
