"We stayed at the South Coast Winery Resort & Spa for the first time. The resort offers rooms in the main towers as well as what they call Villas, which are small bungalows. We booked a King Villa with a mountain view. To be honest, while the Villa was pleasant, it could use some attention; it was a bit dusty, and we encountered a few bugs. However, the hotel amenities were quite nice."

"everything was great from the beginning to the end of our stay….at the front desk, Mia, made our anniversary very special for my girlfriend and I. Her customer service was 10/10 and i was able to have a great weekend with a great room that we’ll remember forever. Very grateful for the helpful and kind staff and dealers. i lost money gambling , but i was happy with losing it here, because the experience was worth it. Had a great time and WE’ll BE BACK!"

"I give this place an 8/10. The rooms are a bit dated, the bathroom is quite compact, and the foldout bed was essentially a thick blanket on springs. Thankfully the kiddo was able to sleep, but I doubt an adult could have done so comfortably. Overall, I was happy with the service and cleanliness of my room but I discount a few points on account of the items I mentioned. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd stay here."

"Way way way too loud after 9pm!!!! Didn’t stop till 4:30am- Spoke to 6 individuals in the hallway to keep it down at midnight and called the front desk with no help… My rm was #305, and everyone was talking about it at breakfast- Not the first time to try and get help to quite people down at a normal hour 😡"
