"The lobby of this place smells like a nursing home, my room was hafr clean there was hair on everything and it's not safe my husband went to the desk to ask for my room and they told him without asking for id they didn't so who he was or called to check if I knew him or even wanted him to my room, just gave him the room number and told him to go up. Smh I'll never stay here again."

"I was very impressed with this Hotel. The lobby is very nice and they have a roof top bar- great view. The gym was great too. The hallways were nicely lit and bathroom must have been recently updated. I just think the bedroom area needs a little update. But I will definitely be back at this location. The area around hotel is clean and safe and everything is walkable. "

"Great location for going downtown! About a 5 min drive or shuttle ride to Broadway. Keep in mind, if you drive downtown, parking is very expensive. It was $35 for 2 hours when we were there in end of Feb. There also is a parking fee of $25/night at the hotel. Breakfast is not complimentary at this Holiday Inn, unlike other HI’s in the area, so that was disappointing. Rooms were decent and clean and staff was friendly. All in all, a much more economical hotel for the area and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there in the future."

"The Good: The room was clean and spacious. There is a microwave, stove top, and good sized mini fridge. Mike was helpful with our luggage. When we were texted that our room was ready, our luggage was already in the room waiting for us. The location on lower Broadway is very convenient. Close to both Broadway and Printers' Alley. The Good-to-Know: Check in is a little confusing, but call the phone number if you need help. It is in an old building, so walls are thin. From the bathroom, I could hear the entire conversation of the people in the next room. They also have those barn doors on the bathroom. That means it always has a gap and you can see right in. We were on the third floor. The ceiling was old wood and we could see outside through a few tiny holes in the ceiling. A couple of doves sounded like they were inside our room as they cooed from the roof. This is a loft type building so there were no windows in our room. Set your alarm because it is pretty dark and you won't know what time it is. "
