    "After being disappointed with another hotel we moved to the Opus. The staff were fantastic, especially Kaveh. When we shared that we had a poor experience elsewhere he offered to show us a room so we could see the layout, cleanliness, and overall condition of the room. While we worked on trying to cancel our existing reservation, he offered us each a glass of local sparkling rose (surprisingly good btw) to help us relax and feel more welcome in Vancouver.
