「Owners were so communicative and accommodating! Our room and bathroom was spotless and tidy. Front door and room entrance were safe and secure. Only trouble was parking and one outlet in the bathroom didn’t work but we had already been prepared from reading other reviews beforehand and found free parking for our whole stay and only were about a 4 minute walk away. 「ダウンタウンまでの交通など場所の立地はよいので便利。ただ、バス停からかなり階段を登る必要がありスーツケースだと移動が厳しい。 あと、利用までにクレジットカード登録をし、追加のデポジットや清掃費かかるのと、パスポート写真提出、セルフィー提出などがあり、かなり面倒。 それらが嫌でなければ、コスパは良い。」

「宿泊施設がある環境は、とても良く、施設そのものもとても綺麗で使いやすい施設です。ただ、チェックインの際に、事前にパスポートの認証が必要なことや、depositで $200が必要なことなどが、事前に説明がなかったので、チェックインの際に、とても困惑しました。現地のアメリカ人の方も同じように困っている方もいたので、外国人の私たちにとっては、さらに手続きのハードルが高いと思います。その辺りは、もう少し改善の必要があると思います。」

「Simple check in and out, nice clean rooms for reasonable price. No useful public transportation around there, but it seems that they will have a new train station nearby in the near future? So nice to visitors.」

「Highly recommend the host was accommodating with a last-minute reservation. Great instructions, easy to access, clean, cool aesthetic, perfect for a quick or long-term stay. Stay safe for one person, dog-friendly, and the host was easy to communicate with and even handled communication for my unique in-between Airbnb situations as a local really well. Would return and would definitely recommend to a friend.」
