"Loved the over water balcony and the view. Our ship docked right outside our balcony could almost get on it. Could walk to all the waterfront restaurants and shops and walked to the port to board the ship for the cruise. The room was quaint with its wood frame bed and very comfortable mattress. Great stay!!"

"I liked the concept of this property. The one thing I'd change is making the property more soundproof - that should've happened during the build but this is the only thing I became annoyed with at this property. Not much you can do about others making noise and everyone can hear the slamming / closing doors or how frequently neighboring customer come and go nor can you control how hard they walk or stay up at night or roll luggage across the floor at late hours. Ugh! Annoyed yes, but not much can be done about that. I'll close the complaint now."

"The location and the amenities were excellent. It was nice having a Starbucks right in the lobby. The only issue was that in our room the toilet seat was broken, and the panel covering the heating cooling units fell off on me when I slightly bumped it and the cupboard to the mini fridge was also loose and almost fell off. Otherwise, the hotel was quite nice and the staff did give us a bit of a discount for our troubles."
