"The location is great. Everything else is awful. I was with elderly parents with mobility issues. We tried to contact the host to find a place to drop luggage or check in early, but the host was unable to accommodate us. Ok, I get it, but the "text" number told me to "show up early and hope we could get in." And that they couldn't guarantee access until same-day. That wasn't the worst infraction, though, by far. The suite my husband and I had booked was flooded upon arrival from dinner that...
