A beautiful view of Holmes Harbor from a great deck attached to this double-wide manufactured by Gregerson's Budget Mobile Homes. Although showing its age in a few spots, it was clean, with ample bedding for cool nights and lots of room. Warning: Verizon cell coverage was poor here: It took five minutes to load the email containing the code to get in, and that email hadn't arrived 24 hours before our arrival, though it was promised to arrive 3 days before our arrival.

It was well described in the posting. The view is fabulous. Once we arrived and reached out to the owner about a couple minor issues we didn’t hear back. Even so, I would stay here again.

The view made up for the sketchy deck, it needs replaced. Neighbors parking at back door is a little concerning. Blinds for windows definitely need replaced and locks need attention. Yard needs some love, but all in all was clean, comfortable and worked for what we needed. A place to sleep.

Place fairly clean and looks as advertised. Reasonably priced. Key items missing: beeping C02 detector, had problems getting hold of owner. Bought my own batteries for it, also missing paper towels, bought my own too. Things we don't think about much but are important Some light switches not working but lamps provide enough light.

It was quaint. Had all the general amenities. A TON of outdoor activities near by! Only downfall, I guess I misunderstood, I thought you could access the water, but you are on the edge of a bluff about 200ft above the water.

No, the room had a musty, moldy smell. I purchased room deoderant to cover the odor as much as possible during our stay. 4 out of 5 light bulbs in the dining area fixture were burned out and 1 was missing from a lamp in the living room. It would be good to have at least 1 sauce pan and a toaster. The living room couch was rock hard. I believe it may be a sleeper sofa, but it would be uncomfortable at best to sleep on. The view is beautiful!!!

Empty paper towel dispenser in kitchen. No soap in kitchen or bathroom. Cobwebs, dirty furniture covers etc.etc. We had questions for Vrbo regarding reservation during booking, no way to contact Vrbo.

Beautiful waterfront. Property is dated and needs deck maintenance and updated furniture, but not a problem for us. Wonderful area. Construction next door but this was not an issue for us. Owner was responsive.

Comfy cabin with beautiful view

We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay in this quiet and friendly little neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed having meals on the deck overlooking the harbor and being surrounded by beautiful trees. A classic taste of Island life!

It's a little dated on the interior, the window treatments really need to be replaced, but the view was excellent, especially around sunset. The neighborhood is quiet, and the appliances all seem to work well. Bring your own games if you wish to play any.

View from the deck was spectacular, but that's where the great ends. I had to message host late the night before arrival to get check in info (did respond promptly even though I messaged about 10:45 pm). Arrived to see that the pictures online are old and do not accurately reflect the current condition of overgrown vegetation, a deck in need of serious maintenance, an armchair with major rips/tears that were attempted to be covered with black duct tape, the other armchair had a slipcover, window blinds missing slats (every window/sliding glass door was missing slats - main living room window only had two vertical slats that moved). The fridge was full of water on the bottom leaking out, towels that were folded but still damp to the touch, paper towel dispensers with barely any paper towels left and no extras and not enough laundry detergent left to run a full load (even though instructions were to start towels and bedding before leaving). I contacted host and waited a few hours to be given a "thanks for letting me know" response. I asked a 2nd time what host would like me to do about laundry when checking out (a full 24 hours before checkout) and never received a response. The bed was extremely squeaky (mattress and pillows were good - as long as you didn't move). The bed and window treatments have been negative reviews for years looking back and have not been fixed/remedied. The keypad entrance is not a deadbolt as listed on VRBO description.

Great view

View from the deck was great, waterfront and Olympics in the background. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and newer, but the furniture was a little tired. Clean and well stocked with supplies. Our dog enjoyed the fully fenced in yard.

Beautiful view and great price!

Home was nice and clean. Manager was very responsive about check in info. View from the house was so amazing and exactly what I was looking for this trip (sunset was incredible!). Downsides: Neighborhood was hit and miss visually (otherwise quiet and nice). Primary bedroom bed was SO squeaky it was difficult sleep on. But I would probably stay here again.

Whidbey Island

Clean, maybe a little dated, but overall nice. Great deck overlooking the bay. Well stocked for dishes, pans, cutlery, paper products. Washer and dryer with unscented laundry soap was a nice surprise, along with an airfryer. Appreciated those! Fireplace nice for cold rainy days was nice too. 2 full bathrooms was appreciated.
