I cannot say enough about its clean and updated facilities; kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, full size washer and dryer and very comfortable pull out bed. The view of the Sound was charming with the ferries passing and the incredible sunrises. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. I hope to make it a regular stay when visiting my son and his family here in Clinton. Damien communicated well with me and always responded to my questions quickly. "

"Great location on the beach. Short distance from ferry. We enjoyed sitting on the beach, kayaking, paddle boarding and crabbing. Visited few restaurants and winery. Hiked and grandson fished (although he didn’t get a bite). Very relaxing vacation with the family. "

But beds were comfortable and the kitchen adequately stocked. Outside deck could have been a little cleaner with 4 (instead of only 2) comfortable chairs. Neighbors were very close by but the trees gave a good sense of privacy and the neighborhood was quiet. "
