The room was clean with everything we needed for a short stay. There was a grocery store just steps away and the train station a half block in walking distance. Several restaurants within walking distance. We couldn’t have picked a better place in downtown. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Great location near Pikes Place Market. Within walking distance of Seattle Art Museum, monorail to the Space Needle and the ferries. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Very comfortable bed with good sized room and bathroom. Be prepared for city noise at night.

I was suppose to have early check in but my room was not ready. They did hold my luggage for me but it was out by the front desk and elevator. My room was not ready until 5pm and that is after me going back and forth to check. There was mold in the bathroom and by the sink in the kitchen area. The sink had a horrible smell coming out of it. The couch was filthy and stained. I requested sheets to place over it. Our windows over looked a courtyard/roof that is covered in green Algea looking stuff. The air condition is a portable unit places in the kitchen area not reachable to one of the bedrooms. The staff were nice and the location was perfect. I would not stay here again.

Unit was clean. The heating system didn’t keep the unit warm enough for the cold temperature. Didn’t realize there would be no room service. We did find extra towels in the vanity in the bathroom. The front desk people were helpful and very friendly. The location was great! It was very helpful to have separate bedrooms.
