「Always friendly staff and clean! This was my fourth stay.」

「Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff. Bathroom on the small side, but clean and nice water pressure.」

「The bedroom and bathroom were clean. There was no problem with sleeping in the bedroom, but there is one thing that I felt uncomfortable. That is a few small insects are coming up from the bath sink. When I see one, I feel like there is more than one.」

「My room (smoking room) as requested was the 2nd floor farthest corner which was about 300 feet from the highway. No threshold under door so noise was constant, but I guess the price for wanting a smoking room.」

「周りの環境や治安がよく、とても心地よく過ごせました。お風呂はバスタブかあったら、もっと良かったです。」

「ダウンタウンに近い立地、部屋、景色、レストランなど、非常に素晴らしいホテル。ただ、夜中も含めて、すぐ下を大きな警笛を鳴らしながら走る貨物の騒音だけが残念。」

「スタッフの方々の対応はとても良く、部屋も快適でした。椅子を中央に動かしたとき、誰かの捨てられたマスクが壁と椅子に挟まれてみつかりエー！と思いましたが、清掃の方も椅子を移動しない限り見つけるのは難しいと思います。朝食もとてもおいしく、シャンプーなどの備品も高級感があり、すべての点において快適で満足しました。また利用したいと思いました。」
