"If you want the Ritz this is not for you, if you want a lovely old property that is clean and well maintained, with the MOST helpful and friendly young staff, with a charming restaurant and good food, good continental breakfast and a quaint bar, then you will enjoy the Fairhaven as much as we just have. Would give them six stars if we could 👍"

"Located in an excellent position close to harbour, beach, pubs and restaurants. A beautifully clean B&B with excellent facilities. The breakfast choices and quality were excellent. The proprietors, Karen and Richard, could not have done enough for us. They were excellent hosts. I would thoroughly recommend The Clarence for a pleasant stay in Weymouth."

"Had a great one night stay in a small double room. Staff very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Room was not a bad size for a small double, bed was comfortable. En-suite was compact, water pressure not great for the shower. Nice sized wardrobe with hangers and shelves. Breakfast was lovely with both cold options and full English. 10-20 minute walk to beach and main shopping area with plenty of food and drink options on route. Would definitely stay here again"
