Maybe breakfast included (which it’s not), or a coffee station in lobby (not included). Either way, we have booked another stay at this AC Marriott for this fall. Really enjoyed our stay!」

「l was overbooked by this hotel. They transfered us to another hotel with no cost for us. If next hotel was good one, I was satisfied.... after that, I claimed value of hotel. They just said ' We kindly transfered you by our cost'. I hate this type of selfish attitude. They were paid by Experia, they cannot say "we have no responsibility in this overbooking, I think.」
