「Facility shows its age although upkeep work seems adequate. Under staffed at lobby bar or restaurant that you don't see many staffers. Restaurant is open only for breakfast. For dinner, you are obliged to eat at lounge bar. Gym needs cleaning because it is collecting dust and empty plastic cups behind free weight rack. Access to the swimming pool was not possible with my guest key card. Most amazingly, no house keeping at all. I left the room 9am came back 4pm to find bed was still...

「Staff was awesome and I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel ZaZa! I was checked in and greeted by Kelley who did an amazing job introducing me to the hotel as well as Houston for the first time! The hotel was also very clean and smelled great. Daily coffee and snacks were served by the elevator every morning which was a great way to start the day and turndown service was provided with a snack and complementary water which was a nice way to end the day.
