"Check-in employee had ZERO personality and seemed bothered by the process. The foyer was basically a glass cage with a little slit to pass ID and paperwork through. The key card did not work when 1st tried. Went back and had to decide it. The room was dark and nothing glamourous at all. Bathroom was impressively small to the point when you have to basically step into the walk-in shower to actually close the door. The shower has no shelving to put shampoo/soap while showering. (It had dispensers affixed to the wall) Overall, a place to get some sleep between work obligations. Would definitely"

"This place is bad. I do not believe they own a vacuum - or a broom. Rooms were beyond filthy and they refused to allow us to cancel and issue a refund. Sheets had burn holes and dried sauce on the pillow case. There was a horrific smell in the hallways. Elevators stopped working and we were on the 5th floor. Phone in room didnt work so there was NO communication. The back door had no handles and after using a key card, you had to stick your finger into an open hole in the door to pull open. Then, people just propped it open with a rock. Kitchen staff did not wear hair nets or gloves. After the shape of the hotel, we could not trust the food was prepared with any type of guidelines. "

"Friendly staff, decent breakfast with several kinds of protein, juice, sides, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night due to our itinerary. It's a good "close to the airport for one night" hotel. The shuttle from the airport took a while, though. Waiting at midnight wasn't that fun."

"Paid for a breakfast that I never received. I walk into the breakfast area at 6am & communicated with the waitress that I had a flight to catch (departed at 7am) There was ZERO URGENCY, by 6:15, I walked out to the front desk to make sure the shuttle was there, it wasnt. So, I walk back ti the breakfast area grab my bag, food not there, $20 extra basically stolen. No shuttle available until 6:30, which would put me way too close, so I have to order a taxi, another unnecessary $20 stolen. To top it off, the fire alarm was set off at 5am that morning, a false alarm, but still, that caused the elevators to be locked out forcing me to walk six flights of stairs with my luggage. The most unpleasant wake-up call, with no breakfast & no shuttle. As a Bon Voy member I can attest to the fact that this falls so far beneath the Marriott standard, this location should have the Marriott name pulled from their signage. "

"I booked with Expedia. We arrived late at night and the two bed room we booked had been given to someone else. They did get us a room with a bed and a pull out couch. In the morning, the general manager said she would and did get us a two bed room when we returned from the race track. So, started not good and ended up good."

"I checked into the hotel expecting a clean and livable stay, but the room conditions were unacceptable and uninhabitable. Upon entering, I immediately noticed multiple roaches throughout the room, including near the bed and bathroom area. The condition of the room made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unable to safely stay there. I brought the issue to the attention of hotel staff right away, and I was verbally assured that I would receive a refund due to the conditions. However, despite being promised a refund by word of mouth, the refund has still not been processed or reflected back to me. I am requesting that the agreed refund be honored promptly due to the unlivable conditions of the hotel room and the inconvenience caused."
