"Casino was ok. Staff were friendly enough. Hannahs service was quite slow and the robot noise gets pretty annoying after a while. Not sure what the purpose of that is anyway. A bigger inconvenience was jave NO maid service for our entire stay. When we asked for more towels and asked why they hadnt cleaned our room, we were shown a paper that said service would be limited and to contact the front desk if we needed anything. Yes, we NEED towels, we NEED pir garbage taken out. After asking for more coffee, they showed up at midnight with it!!! We asked loterally 4 hours earlier. Otherwise it was a good central place to stay. "

"The property is old and dated. The restaurant and bar remain closed from covid days. The adjacent casino, despite having a connecting glass door, is only accessible by first going outside and then entering through the external entrance. The hallways smell of smoke, and some of this creeps into the rooms as well. Finally, the WiFi is so slow that I just used my cell phone as a hot spot, as that was much faster. "

"The pool and hot tub were closed for cleaning. The waiter at night (works during the week)in the restaurant Café Del Soul went out of his way to make me honey mustard for the chicken tenders. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean."
