「We booked this property originally but due to construction, the management company had us stay in a different apartment instead. Due to that, I can't evaluate this particular apartment, but can confirm the management company was very good. They set us up in a slightly nicer apartment, closer to the city center and train station, and paid for our parking since the new apartment didn't include parking. It was a very positive experience overall. I would happily book with them again.」

「We really loved the location! It's right by the bus station, and a bus to Piazza Maggiore costs only 3 in cash for a one-way ride. "わかっていたことだったが、部屋のカップは全て紙コップだったのが残念。それ以外は、完璧でした。スタッフは親切で、とても美味しいレストランを教えてくれた。お部屋係の方は、お水を余分にくれたり、他に欲しいものはないかといろいろ聞いてくれた。シャワーも浴槽も清潔で使いやすく、とても良いホテルでした。"

"日本人で、1週間ほど利用しました。受付の女性スタッフさんの1人は、日本語を勉強をされている方がいて、すごく熱心に日本語を使って説明してくださいました。他の方も本当にとても親切でした。情報共有として。　設備ですが、部屋にケトルはあります。電子レンジや、洗濯機はありませんでした。近くには歩いて3分くらいのところにバスがあり、それに乗って、市街地にいけます。帰りもお願いするとタクシーを呼んでくださいました。とても気持ちよく過ごすことができるホテルでした。ありがとうございました！　Grazie！"

"フライトが遅れ、夜中の1時にチェックインしましたが、対応は早くとても丁寧でした。チェックアウト時の対応も迅速で丁寧でした。難点があるとすれば、お風呂の排水が良くなく、シャワーをしている間は常に1cmくらい水が溜まってしまってました。"
