The staff was excellent, the stay was very enjoyable, it was a perfect location-very close to the shopping and the historical centre but it also had underground parking. This is a rare find. We found the king bed much too hard for our comfort but it was otherwise a perfect stay.

Room has a good size, but not AC. Central AC still on heat and does not have independent cooling systems. Shower are too small and water goes everywhere because the glass does not do anything to prevent the water staying inside the shower. Too many towel need to be use to keep the bathroom dry.

It was a well appointed suite in a good location. It had all the amenities, though the stove did not work very well and the washing machine was also not easily operational. We enjoyed our stay in Bologna over New Years though! It is a great city and easy to get around by bus.
