「This is a modern hotel and the rooms are quite lovely. Front desk staff was very helpful. They had a bunch of fun candy/chocolate/chip options for sale at the front desk, which is always a nice touch. Hotel bar/restaurant was convenient to have right there. Breakfast was really good! Huge lineup but that’s to be expected. Would stay here again for sure.」
「This was a great location across the road from the West Edmonton Mall. I was there with my two grandsons, and we each had our own bedroom and bathrooms, which was quite a luxury. We found the beds a little bit hard for our liking and the pillows a bit too thick. It was also a little bit, disappointing that there was no supply of dishes and cutlery in the unit and it was necessary to ask for them at the front desk. other than that, it was a very pleasant place to stay while visiting the mall.

「We stayed here for 2 nights, friendly staff, clean establishment and spacious room. Only drawback is while booking it was mentioned Full Breakfast is from the menu that we can order at the restaurant, but we got continental breakfast buffet which we didn’t enjoy and was a kind of disappointment. Other than that everything was okay. The Grab and Go restaurant dinner items was good except butter chicken, which was not up to our expectation. Overall good.」
「It was a good one night stay everything looked good and the same on the picture. My one problem was the jacuzzi where the tub was dirty I had to fill it up to where the jets were and stuff would come out of the jet tubes and I’ll have to drain it and I had to wash down the drain other wise it was good. And the tv needs more channels 」
