"The many buttons took me awhile to figure out. The room temperature was NOT easily changed.
The shower needed recaulked and regrouped but was minor. Overall very nice. Wish we had time to try out the

"Wonderful from start to finish - greeted with a smile - door opened for us by lovey staff and given a glass of Prosecco upon arrival which was much needed after a stressful drive on I-95. Quickly got through check in and to our room where we had complementary water and chocolates (and not the cheap kind) Room was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. "The hotel was beautiful was in a very popular area so there was lots to do in the surrounding area of the hotel. The delight was so nice cute. This is a perfect hotel for a cute couples weekend or girls retreat. It just is very expensive and you don’t feel as though you get bang for your buck since you don’t have free access to the sauna on the roof and the shower was not cleaned thoroughly. "Our stay at The Kimberly was amazing. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly greeted by all the staff. We arrived early, and were generously placed in a beautiful suite that was available. It was such a special gesture that we greatly appreciated. Throughout our stay, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The front desk staff, doormen, housekeepers and restaurant staff were all fantastic. From hailing taxis in the rain to being offered extra water bottles during an extreme heat wave, I can't say enough about the level of service at the Kimberly. Our room was clean, comfortable and a great place to relax during downtime in the city. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon."
