"The customer service and room and breakfast were phenomenal. It’s centrally located for the airport and Lackland Air Force base. The worst thing was the hot tub never got fixed the whole week we were there and the pool could’ve definitely been cleaner but that was all! We had a suite and a group of 6 and 7 when we had my son after his graduation. They congratulated all of us and were always accommodating when we needed extra towels and wash cloths or just to use the outside grill and laundry :)...

"There was a lot that was in disrepair. The ice maker in the hall, shower rod and curtain in the room, ice build-up in the refrigerator, mold above the showerhead in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling by the tub, drywall crumbling by the tub. Bathrooms by the lobby closed for repair."

"This place is a gem. We came through San Antonio for the eclipse. Most lodging had jacked up prices to absurd levels. Not Pinn Road. For well under $100 we got a room with a kitchenette. It was clean and well stocked. Everything worked well and the shower pumped out all the hot water you could want. The staff was fabulous.
