"The customer service and room and breakfast were phenomenal. It’s centrally located for the airport and Lackland Air Force base. The worst thing was the hot tub never got fixed the whole week we were there and the pool could’ve definitely been cleaner but that was all! We had a suite and a group of 6 and 7 when we had my son after his graduation. They congratulated all of us and were always accommodating when we needed extra towels and wash cloths or just to use the outside grill and laundry :)...

"Parking lot attached to gas station was convenient, breakfast was adequate, room was clean and updated, bed comfortable. Didn’t like the parking. I was charged for 2 days $16 when I arrived at 4:30pm and left the next morning at 9:30. Should have been free or only $8 for one day. Contracted to 2nd party so reception desk can’t help. "

"There was a lot that was in disrepair. The ice maker in the hall, shower rod and curtain in the room, ice build-up in the refrigerator, mold above the showerhead in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling by the tub, drywall crumbling by the tub. Bathrooms by the lobby closed for repair."

"Overall the stay was good and breakfast although not a great selection was included which is nice. The TV remote did not work, I even changed the battery provided by the front desk and it still did not work. No new remote was provided even though I informed the front desk within minutes of me checking in. I notified the manager the morning of check out to the manager about the situation, in the two days I stayed for a work related I did not use the TV bc I was not able to control it and had to...
