"Very nice hotel for families, room was large with plenty of room for my self and my children. Could use some more bedding and towels in room but I didn’t ask either. The worker we had on check in was SUPER NICE. The second day we were there they had reconfigured the locks on the doors and did not let us know… we got back after bedtime for my children so we were struggling and ready for bed to get all the upstairs and no be able to get into our, I went all the way back down stairs to get a new Key and the worker this night was super rude and insisted we were given a notice and should have knewn to get a new key (we were not) and acted like needing a second new key was mass murder. I’m sure she was just having a bad night but man was that rough. The pool seems to be shared by both connecting hotels and is pretty small for that number of guests and was always extremely crowded, super hot air with cold water and not enough towel but over all still fun! Breakfast was hit or miss, we stayed for a few days… one day the working was running around like a chicken with her head cut off too the point where you felt like you were in the way or bothering her for anything (even though she said very clearly it was no problem. She was very sweet just needed more help and less stress) The next day we went about 8:30 and there was almost nothing left, the worker seemed overly bothered but also completely uninterested in actually filling anything up and there was a ton of guests there "
