"One of my favorite places to stay in Galveston! Canyon and Glenda made my stay very welcoming. Breakfast was Very Good. They were also doing upgrades on furniture while we were there. New Hideaway couches, New tables and dressers. I asked if new beds were coming. Not yet !! My room attendant I did not get there name, but they were Great also Making sure our floor was clean thru the week and new towels every day. Thank You All for all your hard work it made our family vacation THE BOMB! Also while we were there a dolphin washed up on shore. The Quick action of the staff and care for others(even animals) Help was on the way for this lil dolphin. Unfortunately we later found out the lil dolphin did not make it. However seeing everyone coming together to try to save another mammal was wonderful! Thank You also to the volunteer dolphin rescue group. "

"The property looks run down from outside, I think it may just need a little power washing on a regular basis to keep it looking better. The rooms inside was clean and renovated, not bad at all. It was worth what I paid for a night stay. The location is accessible to everything. I liked that the parking lot had a lot of lighting. I will definitely book again for a last minute trip. "
