"Room was very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. The check in was difficult and unpleasant. We were assigned a room that was so heavily perfumed with something to mask odors that it was unbearable and the room was right next to the lobby check in which would be noisy. I asked for a more quiet room at check in but they made it difficult to make the change until I discoved how strongly perfumed the room was and they had to move us to a better room. Then we were assigned a very nice, clean, comfortable room in a quiet part of the hotel. I also felt the Best Western Rewards clients seemed to be treated better. We booked through Expedia. And I am a repeat customer at this hotel. The checkout staff were very nice and helpful. The in room coffee is really awful and weak, but they have a nice Keurig machine in the room, so best to pack your own coffee pods. They have Van Houte complementary coffee in the lobby. It is a shame our check in was difficult because the room we finally got was very nice."
