「Booked for a 1-night stay for work. Great welcome and shown to room (in room 3). Lovely room, good TV and wifi. Bed was very comfortable, ensuite was great and heated. Own thermostat in room. Small desk to work at (if required). Nice touch of being able to get fresh milk for tea and coffee in lobby just before going into room, as well as bottled water. 「From the start, we were greeted with a smile….we were given our room keys….the rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. We pre booked a table for an evening meal, the meal was utterly delicious. The lady’s that dealt with us (Sarah and Eleaner) were so friendly…sorry I can’t remember the other two ladies, but they were so friendly also 👍👍.
