"Great house in a great spot! Excellent location with the spring out back, near pine island, Roger’s park and Weeki Wachee!They have everything u need at the house and were very responsive. My dad and son especially liked fishing in the back!"

"Perfectly situated right at the end of the River - super easy to launch kayaks and SUP’s. House set up was carefully designed and lots of extras provided such as paper products and some cleaning supplies. Neighborhood very walkable and easy for pet parents . Hosts are very attentive and helpful. This was our second stay. Highly recommend!"

"The house was exactly as advertised, we had a group of 8, 2 adults and 6 children and we fit perfectly in the space. Everyone loved the kayaks and watching the manatees swim by. My son says he wants to come back to this house next summer. That’s high praise as he is pretty much impossible to please. Karen made check in a breeze and checked on us throughout our stay to make sure all was well. I highly recommend this house for a fun and relaxing getaway."

"Prepare to spend all of your time by the river or on it. We never wanted to leave to go into town because there was so much happening on the river, whether it was dolphins hunting for fish, so many manatees going up and down the river, and even a barred owl in the trees in the evening. The house has everything needed to hang out all day. Remember to check the tide schedule because the river does rise and fall with the tides, so animals go up or down the river with the flow. It was so much fun, we are considering coming back for our next vacation."
